Is this girl interested?

I (19m) matched with this girl (19f) on tinder a couple days ago and we hung out for the first time on Wednesday night. She came to my place and we drank and had a really fun time (I thought at least). At the end of the night she was way too drunk, way more than me and I helped her get up to bed. At this point she seemed to have a bit of anxiety and was a bit scared being in a new place so she asked me to lay in bed with her. Nothing happened and in the morning she left around 8. I asked her to hang again later that day (Thursday) and she said “ok”. when she came over that night, she asked if I would wanna just drive around instead of her coming inside. We drove around for around 2 hours before she dropped me off and went home. We talked the whole time and I feel like we have a lot in common. All was still well I thought. However, Today, I have been texting her on snap and she will always leave me on delivered for multiple hours between every message, even though I could see on snap map that she was very actively on the app through the day. I said that I enjoyed hanging with her asked if she wants to hang again soon and she responded an unenthusiastic “sure” and still I’m barely able to communicate with her on snap. Is this girl just not interested in me if she is still talking to a ton of other people through the day on snap (snap score went up a ton) and ignoring my messages. Part of me feels that I deserve better than this and to just stop reaching out, because I feel like if I stop I will never hear from her again. But the other half of me has kind of fallen for this girl already (I get attached quickly) and doesn’t want to lose her even though my gut tells me that my feelings are a one way street. Any advice is much appreciated

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
