26 year old who has never had a relationship before and could use advice

Hey, everyone. I’m a south asian male who is 26 and decided it’s maybe time to look for something since im not getting any younger. The issue is that due to being so career focused, I’ve never been in a romantic relationship before. On top of this, I just finished medical school and I’m in an orthopedic surgery residency program and work 80-100 hours a week and this will continue until i finish residency in 5 years.

How do i go out and find someone with my limited time? I like to think I’m decently attractive, I’m 6’2, decent facial features and normal BMI while going to the gym 3x a week. Keep in mind I’ve never tried or wanted a relationship until now. I’m in the United States. Thanks in advance.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
