How do i know if I’ve had an orgasm?? (Female)

I’m not sure if I’ve ever had an orgasm (I’ve only recently become sexually active). My bf and I were having sex today and we tried doggy style and it was the best sex we’ve ever had. He doesn’t last very long (6-8 mins), so the pleasure for me is short lived however today it felt soo good but I’m not sure if it was an orgasm. He was hitting my g-spot which felt amazing and my moans were genuine, i almost started crying it felt so good. But there was no “climax” as an orgasm has been described as having... it just felt good the entire time from start to finish. Afterwards i felt really tired and my heart was racing. My bf always asks me after if I came and i dont know what to tell him because I really don’t know. Would this be considered an orgasm??

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
