Help with toys

Hey looking for a bit of advice about toys. Sex for me has always been painful (doesn't matter how much foreplay or build up and my doctor couldn't really find a reason for it 🙄) so I'm wondering if anyone has had similar situations and what toys have been helpful, I've tried a vibrator and that didn't do much so I'm looking for other options.
