Trouble With Masturbating

Just now found this subreddit because I have a problem, I can't figure out how to masturbate and have it feel good.

For info, I'm a trans man on HRT. My bottom growth has just begun but it is definitely not finished. HRT increases sex drive and I also have a long distance boyfriend whom I have just begun interacting with sexually. He has sent be videos of him jacking off and we have sexual conversations which does arouse me, but every time I reach down to try to do something about it, I can't feel ANYTHING.

I know where my clitoris is (it has become especially obvious now), I know about labia minora and majora, the inner clitoris, etc. I've tried my best to stimulate my outer clitoris but it feels either like nothing, or it hurts (not in an oversensitive way, just like soreness from touching something that shouldn't be touched).

This is extremely frustrating as I've tried multiple things to feel sexual pleasure, and I know that I can feel it because on very rare occasions I have felt something hinting on pleasure. I just need to know, have any women or other trans men gone through something similar? Is there something I'm doing wrong or could be doing differently?
