Ladies of reddit, do you care what degree or education level someone has?

I am currently attending trade school but am considering leaving that to take a job I’ve been offered as a carpenter and maintenance technician with my current employer. I just wanted to know whether women care if you have a degree or not? Assuming that I make a pretty decent salary with this position and career choice. Is this something women factor in heavily when it comes to who they date and who they commit to?
