Guy I met on a dating app found my full name - is it creepy ?

I (25F) have literally zero dating experience so IDK what to think of this situation.. I met this guy (29M) on a dating app. We haven't met in person yet but we've been texting for about 2 weeks. I have pretty bad social anxiety so that's a big part of us not having met yet (also I just moved to a new place and have been quite busy) but he's been VERY understanding and patient with me. We've talked a lot and shared a lot and I've really enjoyed our talks.

I never told him my last name but today he called me by my full name. Basically it was not hard to find it through facebook/linkedin/whatever because I did tell him about the business I work for (not the name but what our business does and it's not a very common thing) and he knows the city I live in and obviously my first name. I know it's quite easy to 'find' me. If I was hiding or something I wouldn't have told some of the information that I did tell him. But I'm still really creeped out and turned off and IDK if I'm overreacting?? Like I said: zero dating experience .. and I have no one in my life that I shared this type of stuff with so I thought I'd ask here.. is it creepy? Should I run?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
