Sexting and flirting

32F, have been out of the dating game for a while now. Going on a date next week with a guy (36M) I met online last year. We didn't hit it off straight away, I had very bad anxiety and lots of issues at home that made it hard to engage on the dates. We decided to try again to see if there is anything there.

I am feeling a lot of pressure now. I am super conscious of what I say, do, behave, wear and just hyper anxious. Any advice on how to be chill?

Also our texting is more platonic and friendly. I am pretty flirty but I feel like I've lost the touch, it could be because I am super anxious. I'm wondering, should I flirt via text or sext before our date? We had 3 dates before and all were platonic and friendly, things I would do with a friend, no physical contact apart from a hug. When is the right time to flirt or sext? I don't want to be seen as a creep.
