Dealing with extremely delayed response

I (25M) recently went on a 1st date with a girl (25F) who I'd been texting for about a week. The date went decently, and after a few more days of texting I decide to ask her out on a 2nd date. She completely stopped responding.

Until roughly 48 hours later, where she agreed to go on the 2nd date. No explanation as to why she took so long to get back, normally she was a fast texter.

Is this girl even worth pursuing? Seems like she has low interest, and my best guess is that my maybe her first option fell through and now she's following through with me. I've already written off this girl as long-tern material, but wouldn't mind something casual. Would like some insight from yall.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
