Crush rejected my follow request, but accepted others

To give some background, a few months ago I asked her to hangout after work, and she kinda soft rejected me by saying she had some errands to do. I took the hint and remained friendly these past few months, and honestly thought we were just friends. We sometimes talk after work for 5-10 minutes and even bought groceries together one time about a month ago when we got off at the same time (we work at a retail store). I never got extremely flirty vibes from her but there was definitely some things that seem suspicious (feeling my hands when I said they were cold). Anyways, our other coworkers created a work chat with all a few other people with plans to hangout together. This is how I found out that she has a boyfriend she’s never mentioned which is kinda odd, as it has literally never came up in a conversation in the 6 months I’ve been working there. I tried to follow her (along with everyone else) and she rejected it but accepted the others. I’m just confused because I followed everyone else as well bc isn’t kind of weird not to? We’re all in the same group message. Why wouldn’t she just say she had a boyfriend when I asked her out a few months ago. Or go shopping with me when she has a boyfriend. It does seem like she was just being friendly but also kind of crossing the line a little??

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
