When (if) should I call?

Was at work been talking to a nice woman. I noticed a spark, and we kinda got more comfortable at work with one another. She thought she was going to possibly get fired. So she said “if I get fired, get my number from so and so. ( we were walking towards the bosses office, can not have phones on us at work, when this was said)We can stay in touch. “ I was like, “ok sure.” She didn’t get fired. Few days later, it’s Friday,everyone is leaving work. I walk up to her and say, “hey, should I give you my number? If you still wanna talk sometime?“ she smiled teeth showing like that. She says “Ya, I didn’t want to bug you about it. “ So gave her#. I am wondering. Even though I gave her my number and kinda tried to put the ball in her court, to call me. Well I feel like eventually I need to step up? Yes or no when should I proceed and maybe contact her, to open a line of communication, and possibly see where that may go, or not. Openly away from work, in our personal spaces. Kinda don’t wanna come on too strong, or seem like I am not interested. Thank you if anyone responds. All advice appreciated.

The difference between being right and being understood

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. We have more than a year together and we’ve been living together for like 6 months, we get along pretty good and I’m really in love with her, however I can not seem to open up... and I can tell it’s frustrating to her by the way she tells me it bothers her that she feels she’s the only one committed and the one that’s always sharing... My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
