Introvert 23M seeking help as to talk to a girl I like and make her laugh.

Hello I am 23M .I like this girl 23F. A little back story:We were from the same school and have been friends for around 7 years now. We used to like each other but at different timelines when the other used to not and it never worked out for us. and eventually we stopped talking due to such differences.

Current scenario: We recently started talking again. Just talking. This time it's different than earlier years. For the first time we have past that phase where we used to have nothing to talk about. Now we everyday have different topics to share. We both have great new jobs now and are about to move to a same city. It is a great new opportunities for both of us. She got a little excited to know that we were moving to the same city (maybe because she doesn't want to be alone in a new city. ). She is a good conversationalist and talks a lot and I don't have any problem with this cuz I'm an introvert and i like listening to her. I'm not so funny nor am I attractive . I don't think she is getting bored of me to not talk to me. And it's not that I call her.She calls me and initiates conversation. Everyday. Iam not such a smooth talker. But also i don't get so nervous taking to girls. Infront of her I get so nervous that nothing comes in my mind as what to talk to her. So many random things revolves round my head and I end up saying nothing and then there is awkward silences. Whenver I talk I sound like a serious or a dumb guy.She is always the conversation starter. I want to talk to her without getting nervous and make her laugh too. The members of r/dating_advice suggest me something so that I can talk to her more openly .I am an interesting guy but infront of her I just go dumb and I never get a chance to show her . I know if I could talk to her without nervousness and make her laugh we can really hit it off and take our lives completely somewhere else. We could be a great couple which we both wanted at some point of our lives. I really like this girl. I don't know as of now if she likes me or not. She sometimes drop hints that we will always stay together in our new city but sometimes she says stuff 'Oh I am never gonna find a boyfriend '. But we are going to spend a lot of time together in our new city and I want to make her laugh and want to make to make a good impression (I want to her to be my girlfriend.Basically).I want to take her on dates. Give her treats. Watch movies and spend a lot of time together. and I don't want want to lose her this time again and regret later in life that I couldn't do anything .I request you to present me some tips.
