I cannot tell if the guy I am seeing is interested in me or not. He's not texting much and is seeing other people.

I (23F) started dating this guy (25M) a couple of weeks ago. We matched on a dating app, and have been on 2 dates so far. The dates have gone extremely well! We talk for hours, and honestly he seems like the male version of me. He expressed interest in seeing me again, and we set up a 3rd date.

Normally, I would think that everything is going great by now. But I have a few issues. The problem is that he's a really bad texter. He will go 9+ hours without responding to a text. I feel like if you were really interested in pursuing someone, you would make initiate contact more often. I know I do, and in the past, all the guys that have been really into me have. He is the first person I've encountered that doesn't text much. And it's making it difficult to tell if he's really into me.

The second issue is that I know he's seeing other people. (After our first date he told me I was his "current favorite", but idk if that changed after our second date). I also know that he is continuing to swipe on dating apps and is currently looking to meet new people. Honestly, from past experience, this reads as if he's trying to find someone he clicks with better, and even if I'm his "current favorite" he's still trying to find someone better. I feel like if he were truly interested in me, he would have stopped swiping. I understand still talking/seeing the people we matched with at around the time we matched, I just think it's weird that he's still swiping on apps even after we've been on a couple dates and called me his favorite.

I just can't tell if I am reading too much into this, or if I am being strung along. Should I continue to see where this goes, ask him about it, or call it quits?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
