Does he like me or is he just using me?

Recently I’ve been talking to this guy and we’ve hung out about 3 times.He’s never had a girlfriend and said he’s only hooked up with 2 girls.We only hangout at his place and only at night which I know is a red flag.But we watch tv together netflix and games together.We cuddled last time but he said he’s never been personal with a girl and didn’t know how to show affection lol.He’s only kissed me the first time we hungout and hasn’t since.He tried having sex the first time too but I said no because I’m trying to hold it off till the right moment. I really like him but I can’t tell his intentions because he hides everything he feels.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
