foreign guy?? what do i do

uhhh hi,, I'll just get straight to the point because there's alot to read

So i met this guy from Belgium. We met in class and he peaked my interest so i asked him if he wants to be friends. We went to a café the next day to get to know each other and it went pretty well, i accidentally hit my shirts strap off from my body while talking and flailing my hands around he immediately looked away while i fixed it (ig he did it to be respectful and not see my boobs lol) about a week and a half later we had a sleepover at his place where we first played very agressive uno (swearing, joking, pushing around, play fighting etc.) He even bit me at some point (lightly in a joking way) as we grew more comfortable and the night was approaching we decided to watch movies and i threw him on his couch and asked if it's alright to cuddle and he seemed excited to do it, so we cuddled for hours, had tickle and poke fights and laughed alot. He even wrapped his legs and hands around me at one point and snuggled his head into the crook of my neck and pretended to sleep at one point, he said he would want to spoon with me but he said "i think it's too intimate". He complimented me when i took my makeup off, he would imitate my actions and if my hand would accidentally twitch when cuddling him he'd do the same to tease me. We ended up almost falling asleep together on the couch at 4am but he went to his room instead because he told me he's afraid that he'd end up with a boner and didn't wanna make me uncomfortable, which was completely valid and i don't mind that he told me and went to sleep separately. Basically it was very cute and sweet and intimate and i LOVED it. After that night i kinda caught feelings for him but he went cold on me after that day.

He does still reply to me occasionally with very dry replies but he's very busy with his job here since he's here on a job experience exchange and he barely has any time to reply to me.. I'm not sure what to do since we really hit it off at the start and i even got him a birthday present since he had his bday here and tried to meet up multiple times but he just kinda blames not being able to hang out because he's dead beat by the job (service job 12hr shifts)...did he lose interest? did he not have any interest in the first place?

this was my first time cuddling someone and having a sleepover or any physical intimacy with anyone in general and I'm really confused what happened after that sleepover.. did i do something wrong? what should I do?
