Why is it seem to be a trend for millennials who are married to not disclose any marital status on social media?

I don’t understand, for such a status infatuated generation... Ive noticed there to be no changing of last name although their social medias are up to date even. No wedding photos, times I would question if people are still together. Thoughts?
