My wife has put our kids needs before her own for so long that her health is suffering...

I tell her that I care about her health and she says, oh don't worry about me and then proceeds to talk about something the kids need. I want to tell her that she should stop telling me not to care about her, or one day, I just won't anyone. Spoiler alert: I feel like that day has already come.
