An old flame

Hi all, I'd like some advice if that's alright. I ran into an old flame on OLD a few days ago. We dated when we were 18-19 years old and it ended how most teen romances do, badly. I apologised, he said it was water under the bridge. There has been a slight amount of flirting since and we are planning to catch up for coffee next Saturday. I am so new to this after a 10 year relationship that ended a year ago. I don't want to bombard him with texts, I'm worried if I don't interact enough he will lose interest. Just really running low on confidence. How much is too much, or too little contact?
