I watch 90day fiancé and I’m worried

So I watched 90 day fiancé and I saw a lot of these people got scammed online but they are stilll in denial (like David and Lana or Caesar). I would say its pretty easy for me getting the date but I think since my personality is unique and I’m pretty picky, I’m never the type who gets another relationship right after I broke up which I think is healthy. I also came from different countries and I have moved around so I’m kinda culturally mixed myself since I adopted some of these cultures from the countries I’ve lived in and they can be very different. A lot of times, I couldn’t connect with men since I can be too diverse for him. Some are also scared of my career etc.

But I have a strong desire to have a partner and I’m worried that I look like I’m desperate when going on dates. I never pressure anyone to be in a relationship w me but then regarding sex, I always try to hold off until someone is fully committed to me and some people just left right after I told them that I’m holding off having sex until I’m sure. Is this fair? Somehow a lot of people are having sex right after two or three dates and I need more time.

I guess I’m worried that I would become too desperate that I would be in denial. Do you have any advice to not be desperate and take everything easy?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
