/u/RABlackAuthor on Am I too young to know?

Good question. I have a frustrating answer. Maybe.

Personally, I didn't "discover girls" until I was 20. Looking back, I realize that I wasn't really experiencing what other people experience as sexual attraction, but it was close enough that I figured the rest would follow if I did what I was supposed to do.

If you feel like saying you're ace fits who you are now, then go with it. There isn't a "no backsies" rule. If things change for you as you get older, that's perfectly okay. What matters is that you're comfortable with yourself.
