Is it supposed to feel good yet uncomfortable?

So last night I (19F) sort of lost my virginity and well he was fingering me and it felt good, but at the same time it felt uncomfortable, like I wanted him to stop but it also just felt good. I also wasn't as wet as I usually do when I masturbate, maybe that just created friction?
