Having trouble with partner to even start sex and when we do, he barely finishes

So myself and my partner have been together for about a year and everything has been fab when it’s came to the sexual part of the relationship. However, throughout the relationship there’s been several times where he hasn’t ejaculated during sex and I’ve always wondered if it’s to do with me, though he reassures me it isn’t and that he wants to have sex but he can’t. Yet, since the beginning of the month, we’ve been having sex less and it sort of feels like he doesn’t want to anymore? And if we do it’s only because he feels like he has to I guess? I’ve tried multiple ways of approaching it, making out, different lingerie, toys, just asking ‘do you want to shag?’ Etc. However, he always is hard and says he’s horny but then says ‘can we leave it till later?’ But then later never happens? I just wanna know if there’s anything I can do to help because each time I’ve brought it up he seems to get annoyed and I’m not sure if I’m just the problem

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
