Do I have an std?

I’ve been going to my obgyn because I was tested positive for BV. I have taken oral flaygl, tinidazole, and vaginal flagyl. Things only got marginally better with foul odor going away but still some off white/yellow discharge. However, after I finished the flagyl gel, I got the usual clumpy discharge side effect (it has gone away) but also vaginal itching and itching towards my butt too. I suspected it might be a yeast infection. I went back to my doctor and she said that she wants to test me for chlamydia and gonorrhea in addition to a yeast infection and bv. During those tests I felt really tense and the speculum really hurt (felt like it burned/stung). she just did blind tests instead. I have a boyfriend and I know that he got tested before he started dating me and doesn’t have anything, so I don’t think he gave anything to me.

However, two years ago ( way before I started dating my boyfriend) I had this one time encounter with a friend where he did oral to me and gave me a handjob. I feel really skeptical of this because I’m afraid that he gave me something. It’s just ironic that I have bv and I never had any sort of symptoms like this before that would indicate an STD/STI. A lot of what I’m experiencing right now feels like a yeast infection, but I got results and was tested negative for that. I’m honestly really quite worried right now because I know they can become serious problems if not treated. I’ve heard that it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease or infertility, and I’m just rather scared. I’m sorry if anything is incoherent

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
