Clenching makes me cum faster

I read that doing kegels (clenching) while having sex can delay orgasm, however whenever I try this, I just end up cumming faster. Has this ever happened to any one , and how can I overcum this to last longer in bed ?

Maybe I'm just doing kegels wrong ? Are there any ways of practicing them?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
