Hang out suggestions- If a friend you liked rejected you and you decide to reconnect/hang out a couple months later, could there still be potential?

Obviously I wouldn’t be making a move on the guy, but I still kinda have the feels for him, but I’m going with the impression that it’s platonic as he wants to hang out.

What would be a good thing to do in a city? We aren’t drinkers for what it’s worth.

Also, I’m a bi guy and the friend is also bi.
