Before I discovered asexuality, I often worried that having a relationship with someone would mean I would be expected to have sex, and I didn't want that. I think looking back that was the biggest sign. In terms of discovering that I was ace, the moment I realised was when I learned that it was possible to feel romantic attraction while being asexual.
