No more benefits?

I'm 29f. I met this girl 20 (Girl A) we agreed that things would be causal/ fwb. We hook up every now and then. But I've noticed she's gotten more attached messages me she misses me and stuff. I do like her and she's super pretty. She's chill with polyamory which is my preference another plus. I started talking to another girl 24 (Girl B) we've gotten on a couple dates and I like her like a lot a lot. But she wants monogamy I'm not against it i like her enough to do that. I would feel guilty if I had sex with girl A I'm thinking of telling her we can't have sex anymore. I don't know if that would be premature though girl B and I aren't anything official. I like girl A and have a good time with her. Potentially ruining something with her for another that isn't official seems weird to me idk. Either way i feel like girl A is getting too attached IDK what to do

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
