How to read this?

So there’s this small restaurant in my neighborhood I go to 1-2 times a week. The owner and staff are great. Now there’s these 2 really cute waitresses who work there who are foreign, and the times we interact they’re always really friendly but act shy and slightly nervous toward me. One of them in particular blushes a lot and she compliments my clothing (says stuff like “I like your shirt” “I like your jacket”) etc. Are these good signs or could it be because my presence makes some women feel uneasy? God I hope it’s not the latter, it would seem unlikely because most people say I’m easy to talk to and be around etc. Both jobs I work require people skills to an extent, and my clients compliment my professional skills a lot and trust what I can do for them. Either way I’ve never been that good at reading women which is why I ask
