I think my coworker may like me. Help?

I, (F 18), have been working at my job for almost a year now. I have made a few friends from the place and sometimes we'll hangout outside of work. There's this one guy though, (M 19), that is closer to me than others. Usually my group of coworker friends will hang out in one large group, but he typically tries to make plans to hang out with just the two of us without the others. There's just some things he does that makes me question whether or not he's into me. Like him and I talk all the time, like consistently throughout the day. We snap and text one another. He's number one on my best friend's list and I'm number one on his. He goes to the gym a lot and will send me his work out pics. He also talks to me about his day and asks about mine. He's super caring and is always wondering what I'm up to. At work when I get stressed out due to some of the customers we have to deal with, and he's always walking up to me asking if I need a break, if I want him to take over for the time being so I can relax, etc. A few days ago he asked me if I wanted to hang out and "Go grab a bite to eat" and afterward he suggested we could just drive around. Many of my friends have told me that they think he's into me, I'm not sure though. What should I do?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
