why are men on dating apps flakey??

what is the fucking pattern with men scheduling dates with me and flaking an hour before?! i dont get it?! im so fucking over it. and its always some bullshit excuse!! do they do this to boost their ego or something?? like wtf is the point of asking me out, just to cancel. not once, not twice, not even three times, but the fourth cancellation this week. if your not fucking attracted to me then why even waste your time to exchange numbers and set up a date?! im so fucking over men on dating apps. and then they complain they dont get any dates. i fucking wonder why.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
