Shooting shot with someone relatively famous?

There's this semi-influencer's profile I ran into when looking at posts tagged to a city in Europe (she lives there, I do not and was just visiting). Her pics constantly show up on my explore page (thanks to IG algorithm and me opening her profile everytime in shock)

Based on her profile, she is hands down one of the most stunning women I have ever seen in my life. Not traditionally / conventionally hot but there's something I find extremely attractive. She also seems cool and has a lot of cool hobbies. I've seen her talk on some of her stories answering questions about her life, and there' something that makes me feel that we'd connect and have chemistry and also be friends. Obviously this is all based on what I see on IG, and for all I know she could be boring and vain.

I do not usually care for influencers or normally have this level of desire with them, but I really want to shoot my shot with this one girl. It sounds stupid but been having a lot of luck in the dating world lately (after having none about a year ago) and I feel like if we met in person, I'd 100% have a chance.

Does anyone have any success/luck in shooting their shot via ig dms with someone who is an somewhat famous? For context she seems to respond to DMs that are questions about fashion all the time. Or should I just let fate see if she's the one and see if I ever bump into her when I'm in her city again. I know all of this sounds really silly, but any input is much appreciated lol.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
