Ignoring someone that's not interested in you

So I have this friend that I fuck here and there. We are actually good friends and before we even talked on the phone a lot, but things happened with my ex and they're not friends anymore. I ended up blocking her, but after things settled with my ex, I started talking to her again and have been slowly adding her back on socials. I feel like after I removed her, we don't text as much anymore.... or at least I try to and she just leaves me on delivered for a very long time. Also when I ask her something, my question completely gets ignored and she'll randomly send something else. I know I'm getting attached for sure and I shouldn't. Anyway, my question is if i back off for 2 days, from texting and replying to anything she sends, will she get curious as to what happened and reach out more often? or will this just drive her away?
