Coworker crush texting me more, and showed some hints, but just called me best friend...

I work part time temporarily while taking classes, and my coworker is a couple years older than me. So please dont tell me not to date coworkers or anything because this is not a career job - I will be leaving soon. Im really into her , and shes been taking the initiative to text me FIRST, multiple times now. At work she talks to me a good amount. Its a retail job - sometimes she even has me follow her to help customers with her(so theres two of us helping one customer lol). Sometimes she kicks me, throws things at me, or makes jokes with me. sometimes elbows me too when I say something funny.

One time she took a chair from me and used it for herself, then took anothr chair and put it next to her. Like she wanted me to sit next to her. So idk.

Ive been dropping some hints, and shes been responding to me with emojis, using my name in many texts (sometimes even my full name). She repeats my name a lot in texts - and I repeat hers too. I mentioned how its better when shes there at work because its less of a mess, and she agreed then said yes bestie!! So am I getting friendzoned or what? Like there have been hints, and we have been talking quite a lot...the bestie thing threw me off. Dont know if shes trying to drop something to me for me to get closer or what, but I seem to be in a tough spot now. I wanna date her, but dont know when to make that move now because of what she just said.

We vibe over text and at work together but I am now thrown off. What do you guys think? Friendzoned or does she wanna get closer? any hope? should I drop more hints, or give some more time?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
