not sure if 2nd date was as successful

1st date was coffee date. went well, she offered to go on a walk after coffee which means she was interested in me enough to prolong the date.

2nd date: we planned to go to a brewery that I was genuinely excited to try. However, when we got there, there was a festival going on making it a clusterfuck and impossible to find parking. So we decide on another brewery. We get there and lo and behold this brewery was having a private event, so we settled go to another coffee shop. The problem is, coffee dates are decent for 1st dates, but aren't the most ideal for dates after that especially if you've just been on one. We conversed, but I was hoping to 'escalate' my interest in her, but the vibe just didn't feel right at a coffee shop sitting across from her on a table. Our conversation felt more so like platonic, 'friend' talk than anything else. Anyway, I'm afraid after this date she might start losing interest in me.

thoughts? How should I precede from here? Should I just ask her on another date and see if she is still interested? Or am I overthinking this?
