I feel like I should go no contact but she messaged me today?

i(19m) met someone(18f) on tinder that I recognized from a few years ago early on in high school. When we matched she told me not to expect anything. after our first time hanging out a few days later she confesses her feelings for me and suggest we start a relationship. I tell her that I’m not wanting to jump into something yet and that I wanted to get to know her some more. We end up hanging out almost everyday for a solid week and I think things are going great. unfortunately it did not last as the very next week I stop getting responses from her, and she is going over to a male friends house. I’ll admit I can be jealous but this situation was a bit different as the male friend in question is 32 years old. after the week of almost nothing we have a conversation where she reassured me of her feelings and reassures me that nothing has happened between her and her friend. She also tells me she will put in more effort. I want to trust that but the behavior continued and she stood me up on two occasions. as of last night she told me that if she was in my position I would have been blocked. and that she wants space to figure stuff out. I obviously have some thoughts of what I should do but I’m still a bit confused!
