How to get better at dating

I'm a 29m, never been on a date, had a gf, and still a virgin as well as never got past kissing a woman, last and only kiss was on my prom night 11 years ago. I have always been shy, lack of confidence, low self esteem about my body, and I am introverted as well as suffering from social anxiety. Everytime I try to say hi to women, they avoid me, I try to talk to women and they avoid me and seem uninterested. I try to be charismatic, charming, and funny but end up being weird, creepy, and corny. I'm boring to be around since I don't talk much due to not knowing what to say or not being funny or afraid of sounding stupid or saying the wrong things. I want to know how I could be more charismatic charming and funny, how I could talk to women, flirt, make them laugh, make them like me and be attracted and interested to me. I have no idea what I am doing with women. When I do a conversation going with women, I just talk to them as I would to a friend and they never seem to be interested or like me. Other men even tell me "I wouldn't know what to do with her" as they laugh and I don't even know what this means. How could I get better at making a girl like me and talk to women better.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. We have more than a year together and we’ve been living together for like 6 months, we get along pretty good and I’m really in love with her, however I can not seem to open up... and I can tell it’s frustrating to her by the way she tells me it bothers her that she feels she’s the only one committed and the one that’s always sharing... My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
