FWb situation

So I (F 20) have been seeing to this guy (M24) for 4 months now. When we first met it was casual and we ended up hooking up, he also took me on a date which we both had a great time and he even talks about other dates he wants us to go on. However, lately when I see him it’s always after a night out to get some… which I initiate and he always agrees to but lately he hasn’t initiated anything. We were supposed to go out on a date recently and he said he has been busy so we didn’t end up going. He will message me every single day without fail, but then most of the time take ages to reply and when I’ve mentioned this before he said he’s just really busy and fair enough we all have things to do. It really does piss me off when he does this tho because how busy can one really be? Anyway, When we talk he mentions future plans such as dates etc but they never happen and he’s never been transparent or made it clear weather he actually likes me or not. I’m super scared of communicating and opening up so I’m not sure how to go about this or even ask him what’s going on because I’m getting mixed signals rn. Help

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
