How do I stop wanting anal

I'm an 18 year old Male and my gf, also 18 has told me no to anal. I'd say it's my fetish but I've never actually done it so I think I get turned on by the thought of doing it. She said she's tried it alone and that it just doesnt feel good, so I'm happy to accept that she doesn't want it and it's not the end of the world. My problem is, when we have normal sex, firstly condoms make me feel less and sometimes I lose erections because it becomes less sensitive. So I really don't know how to firstly get more turned on by normal sex and bjs (rather than anal) and is there a way for me to stop myself from getting turned on by anal? Any help would be appreciated.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
