Too soon form me[M21] to kiss her[F19]

So I[M21] met this girl on Tinder and we had our first date like a week ago. I realized that she's[F19] not like the other girls I dated before. She seems much more down to earth and innocent. She openly told me that it was her first ever dating experience and that she's afraid to take initiative so her mom kinda forced her to go on Tinder. And she wasn't embraced by her mom picking her up after the date. We really clicked on the first date and we're going on a second date in a few days.

I dated before and usual I kiss a girl either on the first or second date and have sex a few dates later. Knowing that this was her first dating experience I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable or rush things, so I didn't kiss her. From my previous dating experience kissing happens quite naturally and you feel there's a moment when you kiss, But I'm afraid that because she doesn't have any dating experience this will not happen so naturally....

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
