Hook Up goes bad, now I fear I'm being ghosted

So I (f30) met this guy (m40) on Tinder last month. We had been chatting the whole time, and then earlier this week it got dirty. He even talked about taking me out, staying at his place, etc. He invited over to his place on Wednesday, and we began to hook up. It was going great until he penetrated me and I began to bleed profusely. We stopped, he helped me clean up, and after apologizing I left. We met up again at a neutral location on Friday so he could give me something I accidentally left at his place, and I asked if he wanted to get together. He politely declined, saying he wanted to make sure I was fully healed before we did anything. I said fair enough, but I could help get him off if he wanted. Again he declined, saying it would be more fun if we could do it together. Cool. So today I begin messaging him again just to talk like before and he's been giving me one word answers as responses. He could be having an off day or something, but every time I've been ghosted it's started out like this. Should I be worried? What should I do, because I really do like this guy but I don't want to seem needy
