How to ask out a coworker/tell him I want to get to know him more?

Me (22F) and this guy (23M) work in the same place, but in different departments. We cross paths fairly often, and every time he sees me (unless he’s busy looking at something with someone from his team) he goes out of his way to say hi and talk to me. He’s sooo cute, and I feel like he might think the same of me by the way he acts, smiles, and goes out of his way to talk to me (even if I’m walking ahead and he sees me from behind and calls my name). We don’t get a super long time at a time to talk, and I really wanna get to know him better/go out. So.. should I just do it and tell him that? If so, how? I don’t want to be misreading signals and make it awkward for myself haha.

The difference between being right and being understood

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
