Need some advise on how to handle my new found freedom

I just recently recovered from an adult circumcision. I had severe Phimosis (tight foreskin) my whole life. I finally decided to have it treated. I'm enjoying my new found freedom! The only thing is I'm very sensitive since the little guy has never had fresh air before. So there are a lot of new sensations going on right now.

My fear is the first time I'm with a woman now, she's going to think I'm a newbie. Any advise on how to better prepare? I was thinking about getting a fleshlight, but not sure if that would help.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
