Multiple strike outs

Okay ladies, I’m trying to figure out if I did anything wrong or if I can improve my game. Me: 25 W M 6ft 180

I’ve tried my hand at cougar hunting and have had mixed results. 3 this week and nothing to show for it. First was at the bar Friday night watching the Miami Heat game 6 and had a beautiful older woman come up and start talking to me, we chatted for a minute, she asked ME for my number and then went on her way. Never got a text back. Second was that same night at the hardrock casino and this beautiful woman in her 50s was sitting by herself (it’s 3am) playing slots. glances at me and smiles. I go up to talk with her and we start chatting about the games and we start playing slots together. We spent the next hour or so talking about south Florida and ourselves, she showed me pictures of stuff from her phone, gave me advice on slots, and moved to different machines together to play. She kept saying she was cold and then wanted to go outside to warm up I offered to go with her and we both started walking. When all of a sudden she starts speed walking! I didn’t want to chase her like a crazy person so she started getting some distance and pretty much ditched me. Maybe I did something that creeped her out? I’m always very respectful and I thought we had a nice time and conversation together. She said something about a boyfriend that wasn’t her boyfriend so maybe that was the case? Idk Lastly, again at hardrock this lady was using a machine and it glitched and ate her money and I was the only other person to see it happen. I called a service tech to come and help her get her money and we talked and waited as he went to go get paperwork and his supervisor approval to pay out. We had about a 15 minute conversation with lots of eye contact, laughing, and smiling. We ended up parting ways and I gave her my card. She at first was like “why” but we had talked about the business I do and told her if she knows anyone, she should call me. She ended up taking it, however I never got a text.

I feel like I had great conversations, smiles, and laughing with each women, some longer than others, but overall no gained success.

Am I doing anything wrong? Should I ask for their numbers instead of giving them mine? Do I need to be more direct in saying I’m interested in them? Is a business card too professional??
