I want to have a relationship, but I'm scared of being cheated on.

19m here. As the title says, I want to have a relationship, but I'm constantly afraid of the possibility of being cheated on. How do I get over this somewhat rational fear?

Edit: I've never had a relationship before, so I'm not really sure how I developed this fear.
