Talking to this guy who I like a lot - we haven’t met yet

Both of us are in our early 30s and we have been talking everyday. He’s emotionally mature and like no other guy that I’ve spoken to so far. We’ve connected very well so far but haven’t met yet.

A couple things - we both stated we want to take things slow (we also stated we want to take the sexual stuff slow when we do meet in person) so that was a plus for me. He messages me every morning and sends subtle flirtatious messages to make me aware that he’s thinking of me. Thing is, he’s a busy guy. Like full on busy work schedule. And when he responds it may take a while. And I’ve noticed he doesn’t really ask me questions unless it’s how I’m feeling and how’s my day going.

I’m waiting for him to take the initiative to ask me on a date. I’ve already given him clear indication that I want to meet him in person and I’m very much interested in him. But I’m getting nervous and afraid that I’m building too much hope for someone. Has anyone talked to someone similar in this manner?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
