He left without saying goodbye?

I’ve been chatting with this person for a little while, maybe about a month. Finally met them in person and I was very attracted to them, enjoyed the night quite a bit, we went back at my house, and ended the night how most adult dates end. In my bed. I woke up around 6am to them just being GONE, don’t remember them waking me up to say goodbye.

I do remember that at some point in the night they said they had things to do today, and I’m not mad they left. Just never had a date leave without saying goodbye?

Does this mean the date didn’t go as well as it seemed? Or they just didn’t actually like me? Did they just do this because maybe they didn’t want to feel “annoying” waking me up?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
