is post relationship always this crazy?

Soo I've had some bad exs. one in particular seems to baffle me every time. So here it is!!

Let's call her ava for this post lol. So ava apparently broke up with me because of her parents saying I'm too old. I asked her friend and she said there was more to it. She wanted to continue being friends but that nvr ended up happening.

I ignored her, and she got pretty weird. Making Pie charts about me. Talking shit when I was right by her. I confronted her later with my friends and she denied it. i asked her friends and they confirmed my side of the story. She Threatening to report my friends to school. She snitched me out to the school for having lean at a basketball game, twice, same day. When the school couldn't find it on me I went out to my friends car to stash it. Went home and she had actually gone in the car to take it, and give to the school. My old mutal friend between me and ava who is now my ex lol, asked her why she broke up we me. And she said it was because she did not want anything serious.

Ohhh and ava would stare at me all the time. What kinda ex does this stuff lmao. Like usually ppl ghost me. But not her.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
