I’m starting to think that my coworker (18F) might have a crush on me (19M), any advice?

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been talking with this coworker of mine (18F, but she’s leaving this job in a few months so her being a coworker is irrelevant to me) and our conversations have been going very well. We’ve learned a lot about each other and I recently was able to get her snapchat from her. I was there on my day off (We work in retail, I didn’t know she was working this day and after talking to her, I asked for her snapchat and she gave it to me). I'm working on talking to her outside of work but I wanted to see if the people of Reddit had any advice for me on how to progress or if she likes me or if it's possible she likes me.

Some of the signs I’ve seen from her:

  • I’ve been in situations where she stares at me for a few seconds but when I look up at her, she looks away and acts like she wasn’t looking at me.
  • The one day I was working on something and I happened to be near her, She walked over to me and we had a nice short conversation. It went on for a few minutes before I had to answer a work call.
  • Whenever we talk, both of her feet are pointed at me and she looks into my eyes. Not to mention that when I joke with her, she laughs at each joke I make, even some of the bad ones.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
