Need dating advice

Met a guy online. Very handsome tall and sweet. He asked if I wanted to get something to eat I said sure. We went got some food and then he dropped me off at home. Opened the door for me closed the door was funny I felt the chemistry. After he dropped me off we did kind of make out and got a little feely with each other like I said definitely sparks where flying in my opinion. He asked me if I wanted him to stay and I said no it’s late and that we could definitely hang out again very soon. I knew If he stayed we probably would have ended up having sex and I just didn’t want to do that on the first night. He texted me that he made it home and the next day he texted. But today two days later he hasn’t texted at all. Does he feel some type of way about not stay the over longer? Or was he just not interested I am just confused at this point. I don’t wanna come off clingy and weird so I’m just kind of waiting…. Guys let me know oh and he is a firefighter

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
