Would you date a distant relative?

I want to clarify ASAP: She is my dad's sister's husband's brother's daughter. In other words, she is my biological aunt's niece-in-law. I guess that would make her my cousin-in-law? There is no blood relation between us, we're only related through marriage. She is 19 and I'm 21. We've only met a handful of times at family reunions, weddings, funerals, etc when I was a kid and in high school. I don't know my extended family well at all, so I always kept to myself at such events. Only the other day did I finally talk to and get to know her when we ran into each other at a convention. Turns out we have a lot in common and she has a wonderful personality, on top of being pretty (which is something I've always felt weird about considering we're technically family). I've been on the lookout for a partner, and I know she's single, so ngl I'm considering it. Do you think that would be a good idea or is it too weird? I know that news would spread kind of fast within her side of the family which does make me uncomfortable.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
